There are two verbs of knowledge in the Dutchweten and kennen. The modern linguistics tries to explain difference aspects of the visual behavior of words by description of their cognitive structures. Analysis of the actant structure of the Dutch verbs of knowledge makes it possible to predict their distributive restriction and the list of the most word meanings.
