The article deals with the main characteristics of evaluative nouns referring to people in Danish slang. Slang tends to be very creative in the formation of new words. The main word-formation processes, which are commonly used, are the processes of compounding, affixation, shortenings and semantic changes. The analysis of the Slang Dictionary data has shown that the nouns with negative connotations constitute a large majority. In general, the slang words reflect social changes and shifting values of the Danish society.
